  RORC questionaire regarding participation in IRC.

  All sailors are encouraged to participate!

  The RORC Rating Office is trying to find out how to encourage more people to use IRC. It is no secret that the Rating Office fully supports PY and local handicap systems to encourage people into the sport; however we are interested in why more people do not then progress into IRC. The information in this questionnaire is intended for our information; it is NOT intended to bombard you with a 'hard sell', but if you include your name and contact we may wish to answer any specific comments or address false perceptions.
