IRC Fees
The tables below list the processing fees for applications and certificate copies payable to US Sailing. Measurer fees and boat yard costs associated with the actual measurement of a boat for a certificate are separate from these. Measurers and/or boat yards will invoice the owner separately for their costs.
All fees are based on the conversion of the rated/measured METRIC Hull Length (LH) to decimal feet.

Normal processing at RORC takes 2 to 3 weeks. Expedited processing is available for receipt of the certificate in 3 to 5 business days. Expediting doubles the above fees. Specify that expedited processing is desired for this faster service when submitting items to US Sailing.
Certificate Copies
There is a limit of 6 certificates for any one boat design that can be purchased annually.
Copies will be sent via e-mail only.
